Terms of service

Who We Are

Noware Devices Inc, a Delaware corporation doing business as NOWARE ("we," "our," or "us"), operates this website and our online store.

These Terms

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy, which are part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.

Who Can Order

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and the details you give us must be accurate. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock we cannot supply — and we refund any order we cancel in full.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we ship it. Prices are in US dollars and can change before you order. Payment is handled by our payment processor, and we do not store your card details.

Preorders are charged when you place them and ship on the estimated date shown at checkout. Estimates can move; you can cancel an unshipped preorder for a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders are yours to pay.

Returns

Returns and damaged or faulty items are covered by our Return Policy.

Using This Site

Please use the site as it is meant to be used. Do not scrape it, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use bots to place orders. We may suspend access if you do.

Our Content

The NOWARE name and logo, our product designs, and everything on this site belong to us or to the people we license them from. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Apart from what our Return Policy promises, and to the fullest extent the law allows, this site and our products are provided as they are, without further warranties. Nothing here takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost data, lost profits, or loss of use. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you order are the ones that apply to that order.
